请大家帮个忙,关于搭建一个只发不收的邮件服务器

我最近搭建了一个postfix, 发到国内的邮箱，大部分都不会有问题。
最头疼的是发不到 gmail 跟 hotmail 和 yahoo.
yahoo的退信原因是:
to=<***@yahoo.com.cn>, relay=mta-v1.mail.vip.cnb.yahoo.com[203.209.228.230]:25, delay=0.96, delays=0.08/0.01/0.88/0, dsn=4.0.0, status=deferred (host mta-v1.mail.vip.cnb.yahoo.com[203.209.228.230] refused to talk to me: 553 Mail from 222.35.137.120 not allowed
hotmail的退信原因是:
to=<[email]hyuanxin@hotmail.com[/email]>, relay=mx1.hotmail.com[65.55.37.72]:25, delay=1.1, delays=0.05/0/0.87/0.21, dsn=5.0.0, status=bounced (host mx1.hotmail.com[65.55.37.72] said: 550 DY-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. We generally do not accept email from dynamic IP's as they are not typically used to deliver unauthenticated SMTP e-mail to an Internet mail server. [url]http://www.spamhaus.org[/url] maintains lists of dynamic and residential IP addresses. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. 不知道大家有没有遇到过相同的问题， 很想大家能帮我出出意见， 好让我学习。
或者是我postfix 配置有问题。我自己调查，我的IP没有被列入黑名单。 英文信中指出，因为你是动态IP，所以被拒收了！ yahoo的退信原因是:你IP（或者IP段）被封掉了。
hotmail的退信原因是:你是动态IP。
关于IP或者IP段被封。可能是由于你的IP段内有垃圾邮件服务器上了反垃圾邮件联盟的黑名单。
像雅虎和hotmail一类的大网站。一般都会有反垃圾邮件联盟的黑名单。
你可以与反垃圾邮件联盟的管理员联系。
